The staff's friendliness and helpfulness were commendable, making the experience delightful. While everything was satisfactory, I particularly appreciated the renovated room's comfort, especially the air conditioning and the flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The communal areas were well-maintained, and the shared bathrooms were consistently clean. I am grateful for the hospitality extended by the hotel, and overall, my experience was extremely satisfying. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
